Issue with DNS on website after iOS 15.5 Upgrade / Too Many Redirects

A website we host is currently inaccessible to a number of our users as of the ios 15.5 upgrade. We have confirmed out of the ~1000 concurrent monthly users, all affected users are on ios 15.5 on an iphone or ipad, however, many users on ios 15.5 are also able to connect. This means it is not a strict ios 15.5 issue across the board - but it is limited to ios 15.5.

The website is bidstreet.ca, which when users try to load, generated a too many redirects and they are unable to view the website. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to even start debugging this?
