Apple Watch won’t show distance Or speed on outdoor cycle workout.

My Apple Watch stopped showing distance and speed on my outdoor cycling workout. It does show this info for running and walking, just not cycling. I have tried all of the fixes suggested on a post on the same topic from 4 years ago.

I have an iPhone 11 Pro and a series 7 watch. It worked last year with this phone/watch combo and then one day it stopped.
