So my airtag connect to my old iPhone and it got ran over by a truck so I switch my old phone and I saw the airtag isn’t saved in iCloud what do I do to switch it to this phone

FYI AirTags are NEVER visable at https://icloud.com/
They are only visible on your Trusted Devices.
As long as your AppleID remains the same, the existing (i.e. already paired) AirTag should be automatically viewable using your new phone’s FindMy.
If they don’t show up initially, try powering-off and restarting your new phone; making sure that you have good data connectivity to iCloud.
