Can I recover deleted text messages

As Rudegar said, you can restore them if you restore an earlier backup that has the deleted text messages: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support.

If you cannot find an earlier backup that includes them however, it is not possible to recover those text messages.
