There's a popping/crackling sound on the speakers

I bought the MackBook Pro M1 pro 16inch. There's a popping/crackling sound on the speakers when I play music or on a video call. Why is this happening? I'm actually so dissapointed with Apple! For a premium price you get something like this? Not cool

Hi,

Try to contact Apple Support about speakers or sound related issue.

Official Apple Support

If it doesn't help at all, try to take your MacBook Pro to your local retail AppleStore Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there before one year limited warranty is expired.

Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple

Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector

You should remember that you must take backup data before go to AppleStore or AASP.
