Remove black and white target circle dot on iPhone screen

How can I remove the black and white target dot from my iPhone screen without turning off accessibility?

Well, if you're referring to the option in Settings>Accessibility>Touch>Assistive Touch... you need to turn it off (if you don't want to see it on the screen).


If your mean something different, please specify your needs better.
