how can I back up my phone with my laptop instead of phone that is borken
I need to back up my phone before returning it and getting a new one. It is broken, so I don't have access to it. Can I use my apple laptop for that?
There is no way to backup a broken phone. The time to do backups is BEFORE disaster occurs!
