Screen black but phone on

Press the top volume button, then press the bottom one, and then lastly hold the off/on button for at least one minute.

If the device’s screen still doesn’t turn on, then contact Apple.

Follow these steps, testing after each step:

• iPhone Screen Not Working.
• Turn iPhone on or off.
• Force Restart iPhone.
