How do I take of expired subscriptions off of a iPhone 13 located in the Apple ID section

It will get removed on its own based on the subscription period you enjoyed in the past and the future re-subscribe option available for you by the app developer.
It will get removed automatically once it fulfills all the criteria conditions set by the app developer.

You don't.
They should be allowed to remove when we don’t want them anymore. It’s taking up space and using it when I could use my storage for things I want to use it for!
