You MUST have access to a computer with iTunes (Windows) or Finder (Mac) in order to erase your iPad following the directions in this link --> If you forgot your iPad passcode - Apple Support

If you don't have a computer, borrow a friends computer or visit an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider for help.
