That is not an Apple Watch.

Contact the device vendor, if whatever app the vendor suggests using to scan that coce is not recognizing and processing that QR code.

You’ll also want to update your iPhone 12 to current (15.5), if you’re still using iOS 14 as indicated by the footer here.
