group facetime

i recently got the iphone 11 and when i go on a group facetime i’m not able to hear or see the other people but they can hear and see me how do i fix this?

Hi lexi2980,

Have you tried removing and reinstalling the FaceTime app on your device? Delete built-in Apple apps from the Home Screen on your iOS 14 or later or iPadOS device or Apple Watch covers the processes to complete both steps. If using cellular data, please confirm your carrier supports FaceTime by visiting Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone and choosing your region at the top and then locating your country/provider in the list.

As a first step, take a look through these steps here: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support. Let us know if that helps, and also let us know if you're not able to hear through speaker or headphones.
