green flickering screen

my watch’s screen is flickering green and sometimes red. the apple symbol is red instead of white. i can’t use my watch or use anything on the screen. i’m not sure what’s going on or how to fix it. please help me.

Watch face is all green and red lights!! Yesterday my Apple Watch screen switched to a bright green light. After that it flashed as a green screen with red lines, then just random red and green lines. It won’t restart or go to the top page at all and, when the restart buttons are pushed (crown and button) it only becomes bright green and then green stripes. It won’t turn off at all. Any advice??
