About "No Service":

Is "No Service" shown on the top-left corner of your screen? If so, take this up with your carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of Cellular.

I got an iPhone 5s and it has no service I can’t voice call I can’t message android and I could only FaceTime video and FaceTime Audio

As shown in the status bar, your SIM is locked. You need to contact your carrier about that if you do not know the SIM Pin. You need cellular for voice calls and SMS/MMS to Android devices.
