iCloud Storage

Can I use the iCloud storage which bought by my husband on his Apple ID. He turned on the family sharing but my photo is not up loading.

Did you accept the invitation to join the family? Is he sharing iCloud storage via Family Sharing? If yes to both then go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Photos and make sure iCloud photos is turned on.
