Apple watch got wet and stopped working

I used my watch to swim in the ocean and had water lock on, it then stopped working and it froze. After that it shut down and hasnt turned on since, not even in the charger. Is as if water got in and damaged it or something. Is there any way i can fix this?

Water resistance isn't a permanent condition and may diminish over time. Apple Watch can't be rechecked or resealed for water resistance. For more info, see:

Unfortunately I doubt that there is anything that can be done to fix it other than what you have already tried. Your best option may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it:
