Почему во время беговой тренировки уровень пульса отражается шрифтом разного цвета, бывает белым, а бывает красным?

с чем связано, кто сталкивался?

That is just a highlight colour so that it's easier to see,if you turn the digial crown you can highlight one of the other metrics instead.
