Turn off pass code on my iphone 12

If you know the current passcode, go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode, enter the passcode and then scroll down and tap "Turn Passcode Off." Note that you will not be able to use Face ID if you don't have a passcode.

Just so you are clear on what you’re doing …

… disabling the passcode allows ANYONE to access your device and effectively be you.
