Can't update to Monterey 12.4 on MacBook Air M1

I get the following error when updating from 12.4 beta to 12.4 release. I have tried to install in recovery mode and also safe boot, but get same error. Please advice of any possible solutions?

Has your Terminal.app been added to Full DIsk Access


>System Preferences>Security&Privacy>Privacy>Full Disk Access ...(?) I would try that and compare your results:
