how to restore contacts without backup
technically i got my phone replaced and i don't have i cloud back up. i want to get my contacts restored. is there anyways i can get them back please let me know soon as possible.

Enable Contacts on Other Devices:
Have any other devices associated to your Apple ID? IF so, enable Contacts in the iCloud Settings or Preferences.
