Mail isues

Has anyone had issues receiving mail on any Apple device? I have two iPhones and two iPads that aren't receiving mail but only at certain times. One time the mail is there and the next time it says I have mail but everything is blank.

Sometime sit only shows some emails and this problem is on all four devices.
