Annoying issue when editing Facebook posts

No because it works fine in Safari on my iPhone and iPad Pro, so I figured it was unlikely to be a Safari issue. I guess I could install something else tomorrow and see if it works. Trying not to clutter up my new iMac with an overload of apps, as I usually do with a new device 😉

OK, I just discovered something. I was accessing Facebook web version, as I prefer to do that, than install too many apps - especially on my phone which doesn't have a heap of storage. I just installed the app on my phone, and it now allows me to edit and delete my posts. There is no official app for Mac.

So it would seem that Facebook web version is incompatible with Mac and iOS. Kind of feels like that might be intentional on their part.

Ok, I just tried this in Chrome with exactly the same results. I cannot edit OR delete any of my own Facebook posts. So it seems to be a Mac/iOS issue, not Safari. Majorly annoying when I have items I'm selling on Facebook groups.

Contacting Facebook in any shape or form, is akin to finding hen's teeth.

It's not working on iOS either, but I get what you're saying.
