im locked out of my watch and my old phone is water damaged

hello my daughter has locked my watch putting the incorrect password and my xr is damaged what should i do ? i know all of my passwords i just cant access the watch nor do i have access to my old phone

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.
