The eternal loop is displayed for me when I'm trying to connect to my Gmail account. Nothing helps and I'm not able to finish the connection.
I've attached screenshot below what I see whole time.

To avoid personal information being exposed, please don't provide screenshots of your email account. Can you tell us what exactly happens when adding your email account? From your browser, go to Gmail and make sure that you're able to sign in to your account. Restart your Mac. You can also enter safe mode and add the account while there.
