I live in South Carolina, USA Apple TV don’t allow me to see several movies, series,documentaries, etc…for example, Tiny Creatures, Tehran, etc … WHY????
Sounds like your Wi-Fi has a public IP address which is not in the country for some reason, as such the location is mis-calculated, and location based services like the Apple TV app may be mis identified it.
You would need to contact your ISP to figure out why the IP is resolving to what appears to be a non-US location.
You can verify your IP's geo location resolution at: https://ipgeolocation.io
It should resolve to the U.S. somewhere near you.

Note, Tiny Creatures is only available on Netflix, while Tehran is an Apple Tv+ subscription series only.
