I am giving my apple watch to a friend and dont remember the Apple ID and password that it is connected to, how can I unpair it without that info so my friend can pair it with his phone? It was connected to a company iphone that i turned in a year ago and no longer have access to.

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt with the serial number along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
