I need to create a bootable USB for macOS for Catalina, Big Sur, and Monterey. The links to download the OS do not work. I am on a Win 10 PC using firefox. The 6 work computers I have to update can not access the internet.

That Mac doing the download must be able to (theoretically) run the installer. E.g. very old Macs can’t download new incompatible system software.
For Catalina, the MacBook Air needs to be from Mid 2012 or newer.
For Big Sur, the MacBook Air needs to be from Mid 2013 or newer.
For Monterey, the MacBook Air needs to be from Early 2015 or newer.
I am afraid that won't work.
These links redirect to special pages in the App Store, and so you need to access them using Safari in a Mac.
Thank you for the quick response. Will the links work from any mac? I don't have one but I can try using a friends Mackbook Air, but it is an old one... will it still work?
I expect it will work. IIRC I was able to download Big Sur a while ago from a mac running El Capitan - and at the time I had just downloaded and installed El Capitan, starting from Snow Leopard
