How do I get my icloud storage upgraded? I've updated payment method and get charged monthly for other subscriptions. Each time I try to update my storage, I get stuck on the payment and shipping screen. I've checked purchase history and don't see any pending transactions. Everything has already been paid.

Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.
On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.
