Shazam not Recognising

Hi Dude/ttes

My (non-free) and free Shazam has developed 2 x glitches (ipad 6gen).

I) It won’t remain on Auto; indeed the only “auto function” is to disengage itself.

ii) It has stopped recognising tunes.

Despite attempts to partially/totally remove/reload said app’s issues remain steadfast.

Indeed, these issues never occurred with the free version extant on my crappy Samsun android.

What to do!.
