iPhone 12 back camera shakes uncontrollably

My iPhone 12's back camera shakes a lot when I take a photo or video. This only happens for the main sensor, not the ultrawide. I've tried a hard reset to no avail. The issue occurs on all apps, from stock cameras to social media cameras.

What should I do?
