iPhone downgrade

I want to downgrade my iPhone 12 from version 15 to version 13. Will a restore simply put version 15 back on?

downgrade ios Is there any way how to downgrade IOS on my Iphone 11 Pro from 14.6 to the older version? I have an app that doesn't;t work on the new version and I would love to retrieve some data there and get back to the new version after it. This way all my data is lost :(

Downgrading is not possible.
