My WiFi on my IPhone is saying “privacy warning”. How do I fix this? I am at home. Should I call my cable company?

Try this -> Go to -> Settings -> Wi-Fi -> Tap on theℹin a blue circle next to your Wi-Fi Home Network's -> scroll to Private Wi-Fi Address -> turn it ON.
