Beats x charging as white light comes on but not switching on or resetting
Haven’t used my Beats x for about 3 yrs . The white light comes on while charging but when I go to actually switch them on no light comes on

As you're seeing your Beats X are charging, let's try a reset to see if that will correct what is occurring. For assistance with that, check out the steps below and more information can be found here: Reset your Beats earphones - Apple Support
Reset BeatsX
1. Hold down both the power button and the volume down button for 10 seconds.
2. When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.
If that doesn't clear this up, we'd recommend that you Contact Apple Support to check into possible service options.
