Apple id dot deleted

I forgot my password of iphone and password of apple id too. i went to recover my phone and after recovery i had to make new apple id account. can i get my previous apple id back?

Did you try to use the Account Recovery, to get access to your old Apple ID again?

Content of two different Apple IDs can not be merged, but Family Sharing might be an option to share content and apps:

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
