MacBook Air (M1 2020) running really slow

Hello,

for some time now I have been experiencing troubles with the performance of my MacBook Air. WindowServer times shows a humongous amount (105:56:26) and its % usage rises up to 30 points. I have run the EtreCheck app and the report says that the performance is excellent with no major issues detected. I am afraid I cannot properly analyse the results myself so I'd like really appreciate the help of the community.
