Motion export as mp4

Hello. I export Motion video to my desktop as mp4

Upon completion and opening... File > Get Info, the video file identifies as mpeg-4

Why? I want mp4, not mpeg-4

Mac Pro, macOS 10.15

Short answer: it’s the same thing.

The file extension is .mp4

The file format is part of a standard described as MPEG-4.

You have exactly what you need.
