Not at this time. Currently only Arizona supports adding the driver's license to the Wallet App. link-> Apple launches the first driver’s license and state ID in Wallet with Arizona - Apple
Other states are set to be available in the near future, but Florida is not one of them.
Connecticut, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Oklahoma, Utah, Colorado, Hawaii, Mississippi, Ohio, and the territory of Puerto Rico are coming in the near future.
