Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro

If I buy Final Cut Pro or Logic Pro on my MacBook Air, but when I buy a new Mac like the MacBook Pro, can I just download Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro onto my new Mac because I already own it, if so how?

You log into the App Store with the Apple ID used to purchase it and download it from your Account Purchased page.

Click the icon in the lower left of the App Store window.
