is the HDMI port at the mac mini m1 standard, I mean can I connect to any with HDMI monitor, doesn't matter 2k, 4k etc for example BenQ SW270C

Yes, most any HDMI Display or TV will work plugged into the Mac Mini's HDMI port.

I would also suggest using an HDMI Certified cable. Certification for 4K or higher would be desirable.

Vendor supplied cables are usually the cheapest they can get away with and not always reliable.
