Hello! I want to know if it is normal that on my iPhone X in 2 days of use the maximum capacity fell from 95% to 93%

is it an refurbished phone or a new one? I Have my XR in use since 2018 and yes, it sometimes happens that it drops with 2% but after that it would be still for a few months or so

I bought it 3 days ago, the last owner said that he changed the battery to a new original one
