iCloud storage

Hello, I recently bought more iCloud storage ( from 50g to 200g ) because my phone storage was full. Even though I upgraded and have 150G iCloud free space, i am still getting the message " Not Enough iCloud storage " as I was getting before the iCloud upgrade.
