Is there a version of pages that works with Catalina?

There is if you have previously installed Pages through the Mac App Store, otherwise, there isn't because you would need macOS Big Sur or later to install the current version of Pages (v12.0).
If previous, then launch the Mac App Store, and be signed in with the same Apple ID as used beforehand. Press cmd+0 (zero) to open the Purchases panel, and adjacent to Pages will be a blue cloud icon with a down arrow. Click that and a dialog will appear offering to install the last compatible version (11.1) of Pages for macOS Catalina.
