How can I remove all data from the Apple Watch if I no longer have the iPhone it is paired to?

Trading in Apple Watch but I no longer have the phone it was paired to. How can I remove all of the data on the watch b/4 sending it back to Apple?

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support

To unpair and erase watch and remove Activation Lock

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.
