Issues with the quality of screenshots on my iPhone
Each time I send a screenshot, the quality becomes low quality. Is there any chance and something that will fix this issue?

Sorry no. Using "social" apps, the resolution of the images is always depleted.
The only way to keep the original resolution is to forward attachments via email.
