I still sometimes receive message from blockedcontact. Please advise if there is any solution for this.

If you are getting texts from a blocked number, you need to ensure that you have blocked the number in the settings of the messaging app. Here’s how to check:
Go to Settings > Messages > Blocked Contacts - Make sure your blocked contact/number appears in the list.
1) The reason this question is marked solved is because you clicked the "Solved' button.
2) This is a user-to-user forum. It's also not live chat. Sometimes it takes longer than three minutes to get an answer.
3) Check to make sure you have both the person mobile number and email address in your blocked contacts.
