i have a iPhone 7 and it not letting me update my games it says sign into iTunes or apple id but ive changed my apple id about 10 times every time it says i got it wrong what do I do?

If it shows you that you should put the password when updating a particular application, you may have downloaded the application from a different Apple ID account other than the one you have now registered in the App Store so you were asked for the password.
So make sure you are putting the password for the account from which the app was downloaded

Yes I waited and then tried again then I signed out of my Apple ID and signed back in with the new pasword
