Is there a simple way to capitalise a word as you are dictating using voice control on the MAC

Is there a simple way to capitalise a word as you are dictating using voice control on the MAC.

I know that you can use the capitalize commands to go back afterwards but that is rather awkward.

For example it would great to be able to say for the first line of this entry, Cap "Is there a way..."
