Hi there, I am trying to update my iMac (2017 27inch) computer from Catalina OS to Big Sur. The Software update is stuck and won't show update. Update is also not shown in App store and when I manually try to download from App Store it also gets stuck ‘Finding Update’’. Can you advise on how I can update my OS please? Thanks

Try starting in Safe Mode and try Software Update again or the AppStore download, while you are in Safe Mode.

Use the native Safari Browser as Others may not work as well.
