Unlock iphone

My iPhone is unavailable and i know the code but my daughter kept using the keyboard till its locked, i don't want to erase since i have information needed and can't be restored. I have an acess to my ipad , what is the solution

Hey there,


Unfortunately, your only solution is to reset your device, if you have a backup of your data you will be able to restore it!

If your iPhone or iPad has iOS 15.2 or later installed, see: How to reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when you forgot your passcode - Apple Support


If that option is not available, you will need to use a computer. See: If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
