You need to sync through Finder if you’re running macOS 10.15 or later. To find out, go to apple logo - about this Mac and it will say the version number on there. Just connect it with a USB cable. If you’re running macOS 10.14 or earlier or on a PC, do the same but use iTunes instead.
Download iTunes at downloads.apple.com and type iTunes.
